Very old news. My GP advised me to take extra vitamin D in March. If you take them, it should be with food, preferably fatty food and not taken in the evening.
Vitamin D is mainly reliant on sunlight, despite having the correct diet, I still get a shortage of Vitamin D in the winter. For medical reasons including ongoing cancer screening, I have monthly blood tests. Larger doses of Vitamin D will help the immune system.

It’s BS for sure for vit D having such massive effect - would have been plenty of confirmations if it was true, it’s not like levels of vit D hard to measure everywhere
I am taking it as supplement but no way difference is that large - faked Web photo most likely in the first place or bad study of 780 Indonesian patients
