Meat Loaf

I thought you were going to give a recipe for meatloaf.
Anyway,
Small baking tin loaf-shaped
Best use Aberdeen Angus mince (1kg ???)
Chopped onion
Salt and black pepper
Garlic
Two eggs
Oats (these will soak up the fat and bind the meat)
Mash the above with a fork
Shove it in the oven until just cooked to the centre
Serve hot or cold sliced.
Tasty in sandwiches.
I will make some tomorrow.Last edited by Paddy; 17 May 2020, 22:15."A people that elect corrupt politicians, imposters, thieves and traitors are not victims, but accomplices," George Orwell -
