Saw Meat in 2013 at the SECC, was the best and worst gig of my life, his voice only just held out long enough for Bat Out Of Hell

I thought you were going to give a recipe for meatloaf.

    Anyway,

    Small baking tin loaf-shaped

Best use Aberdeen Angus mince (1kg ???)
    Chopped onion
    Salt and black pepper
    Garlic
    Two eggs
Oats (these will soak up the fat and bind the meat)
Mash the above with a fork
Shove it in the oven until just cooked to the centre
    Serve hot or cold sliced.
    Tasty in sandwiches.

    I will make some tomorrow.
