No alternative to lockdown right now.
Home deliveries of essential food for whole week should have been arranged by now to minimise need to go out even to supermarkets which ought to be hot spots now.
New York seems to be turning corner now - but they are testing like double the number of people than whole of UK - easily 6 times per capita.Comment

There is an alternative. Testing. How can you know treat a disease without know who has it?Originally posted by AtW View PostNo alternative to lockdown right now.
The lack of testing in the UK is astonishing. Calling my elderly mother every day making sure she does not leave the house.
Quite sure this isn't over until a vaccine is widely available."Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience". Mark TwainComment

Twaddle. We have a 100% chance of dying.Originally posted by GhostofTarbera View PostStats published today show men between 45-60 (most of us) have 10% chance of dying
Also, we don't have a 10% chance of a covid-19 infection being fatal.
Next time, provide a link to your source so we can either mock you, or explain to you why your conclusion is wrong, and then mock you.Down with racism. Long live miscegenation!Comment
