    3 nights a week

    its really starting to take its toll .... after 9 months i feel totally bewildered and out of control....

    i need a mental irrigation...

    How does everyone else handle it?

      Gym, pub, w*nk, bed. Not necessarily in that order.

      I found it hard last time I worked away, which was for about a year, 4 nights a week, and routine was the only thing that got me through it. And drugs.

        Well, if I do manage to cut it down to 3 nights a week it's not so bad

          I work away all the time and have done for about 9 years now. The trick is to find somewhere decent to stay (ideally a flat). So you don't have the misery of coming back to a sh1thole after a long day slacking in the office.
