can anyone recommend a specialist BTL mortgage broker?

I know there are lots of recommendations for generalist brokers, but I've read that it's better to go for a specialist. I have some slightly unusual criteria so someone creative would be good.

    Thanks

I use Freelancer Financials and am, as we speak, filling in their fact find to move away from BM whose renewal rates are terrible. With no fees I seem to remember some obscure lenders are down at 1.9% area. The first provider I recognise is somewhere like 7th in the list so going with Freelancer rather than doing it myself is going to save me a packet.

The list they gave me as an example had about 100 offerings so I'm sure they know someone that can deal with odd requests.

      Explaining "unusual criteria" might help.
