Asbo's for 'potential' offenders

As you all know I am not one for 'rights' etc but even I think this goes just a little too far

He could be talking about Labour ministers.

Lord Chancellor Lord Falconer says the orders will not be an infringement on individual freedoms because there must be evidence before they are issued.

Does he realise what rubbish he is waffling about. How can there be evidence, if there has been no crime

If there's evidence that you could commit a violent offence in the future

What like thumping the next NL minister who thinks that we believe any rubbish they spout!

This on top of the jailing of mental patients for what they might do.

The government is planning "behaviour orders" for people considered to be at risk of committing a violent crime.

The orders, similar in principle to Asbos, would put curfews or other restrictions on potential offenders, who might have no criminal convictions.
