Personally, I do 30 mins d-2-d train + cycle. At least on the train you can read, relax.
good insurance is a must - especially if you stop to pick up strays and end up trashing your commuting transport...

I miss my sleep I couldn't move a finger this morning, I've never been a coffee person, but now am gradually moving away from the herbal teas in the morning to having and esspresso-Choc <sigh>
I was told I'll get used to getting up so early , but this never works for me, I never get used to it , even if I got to bed by 9pm
I have 2 young kids and as a consequence rarely get more that 6-7 hours sleep. Try going to bed earlier and eating better will help. If you smoke, then give up, if you drink a lot, then cut down. Alternatively, you could sign on the dole and stay in bed all day. This will ensure you get plenty of sleep, however one downside is that your house may get repossessed, so a lot of that sleeping may be done under bushes etc.

Yeah I have to say, since I've been doing this detox thing I've never slept better in my life. Full 8 hours at least, and I wake up ready to jump out of bed! Totally full of beans, so to speak!

        7lbs in 5 days too

          -Never smoked
-Drink only on special occasions and even then I stick to one or two glasses of wine (haven't had a hangover since I was a student
          - When I eat I do eat helthy stuff, i.e. plenty of veg and protein, but sometimes I forget to eat and it makes me feel really cranky
-I take loads of multi vitamins, I can't function well without them
          - I like my rest, but like you I'd like to spend sometime with my kids in the evenings
          - Thanks for the advise, but why the sly comments at the end? did you wake up on the wrong side today??

You don't drink, you don't smoke, what do you do?
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

                    Kids and Insomnia

Sleep normally about 2am, wake at 4:30 to 5:30, sleep till kids wake up 6:30 to 7:30

1 hour kicking kids around to get ready. (Why does a 5 year old have to practice a song and dance routine after putting each item of clothing on?).

then off to customer site (1 hr) or home offce.
Your parents ruin the first half of your life and your kids ruin the second half
