What sort of load would you reccomend for this type of game?

Well had my interview today, and being recomended to get my ticket should having it in a few day now I just need to go find a left handed gun that fits !

Rock salt stings quite a bit (allegedly) - I've never been shot with it (or anything else) but I've seen quite a few people who have.

Been shot at a few times, fortunately on every occasion the individuals doing the shooting were quite drunk. I can also move like lightning in those situations
