I'm confused. What do these notifications mean? I've had a few indicating "no comment made". What does this mean?

I don't bother as it's only Brillo gaming the system.

I am not sure why notifications were turned on. Seems very off to me. Anyway, Admin's site. Admin's rules. And the number one rule seems to be I have to keep fawning to get unbanned......Comment
