Realistically, why would you need cannabis smuggled in from abroad?

Every bloody housing estate has at least 5 cannabis farms competing for your custom!

It's not like the tulip adds a certain "je ne sais quois" to your tulip! Not like say a cuban cigar rolled on a sweaty (female) virgins thigh!

True, but I daresay Cocaine, Heroine etc. smugglers use similar methods. If I brought drugs that had been up a bottom I would want proof that it was a lady's.
