As you understand, but for the benefit of the messes, the North Pole is heading towards Russia. Magnetically, it's a south pole (because the north pole of magnets point to it). If it's moving that fast, and anomalously, it must be that Putin has a source of North monopoles attracting it.

Monopoles are used for easy fusion reaction. So Putin has developed cheap fusion power.
