It also doesn't make sense as AMD has reacted a order of magnitude worse than Intel, it's not a macro issue, the market as a whole is bricking it.

My entire portfolio hit by around those numbers today as well. Nothing escaped.

Is this something that's going to continue in to tomorrow and next few days or possible a bounce in short term?

And when AMD went from $1.80 in 2016 to $60 four years later (33x), that was good sales and market adoption, nothing to do with manipulation of the currency.

Selling at today's prices will seem like a dream as you buy AMD back at $15.
