Child Maintenance threshold?

Originally posted by gts View PostIt all ended years ago. The Child Maintenance part is a recent development though.
Since this thread has caused the expected controversy and I haven't really said what I think about it (and I know it will get equally vitriolic responses to the ones earlier though hopefully we can start to wind this down):
1. Women in the current political climate are given pretty much every conceivable tool by the state to beat the crap out of men with, financially, legally or otherwise. So I have scant pity for either the state or the woman involved.
2. The Child Maintenance Service are absolutely prepared to use dirty tricks and I have already experienced this which put me on guard early on, and I think others have also noted this much in the thread. Somehow though, it's bad to use dirty tricks in kind to protect my own ass.
3. I really hoped that in 2018 more so-called "men" were aware of how deep the rabbit-hole goes in terms of women being enabled by the state to either destroy their family or to use it to persecute (yes, I'd class it as persecution given how frequently it is happening) a man who has spurned them. I'm not saying I expected sympathy, I just hoped more of us realised that *maybe* there's something wrong with the so-called family "justice" system right now. I know it's possible that many who are aware have just kept silent, and to be honest you can hardly blame them considering the reaction I got. It seems the white knight/simps/cuck (the 2018 version of cuck) biology is too strong to overcome in most guys.
4. As for the children, many have speculated that I just don't care, all I will say is read between the lines.
5. Ultimately I know from personal experience and from the experience of many, many other men in the same position that the money clawed from me through the CMS is really not going to be spent on my children, but rather on Loubotins (or whatever they're called), handbags, meals at expensive restaurants and holidays. Tell me, fellow men, doesn't it make a ton more ******.g sense to hold onto as much as I can and spend it on my children directly?
2. There are plenty of men who try to avoid their responsibilities. The CMS tries to counter that.
3. The family justice system changed big time in 1969. Minor changes in 1987. BrilloPad was in his Batman outfit in 2003. So knowing all that, why have children?
4. You have an odd way of caring.
5. Given the number of men on CUK who are divorced, doesn't it worry you that not one has come out in your support?
You should ask yourself, what would BrilloPad do?Comment

2. Okay, so you accept they use dirty tricks and that it's okay to use such tricks in kind.
3. See 1.
4. Okay. I'm not interested in your views on how much I care or not.
5. I answered that already. They're probably expecting to get a reaction similar to what I have been getting. Also men are not as tribe-minded as women, this is just one of the many reasons we are getting our asses handed to us by the political+justice systems. Also you didn't actually respond to my 5th point, clearly you are unable to, you managed to skirt around it and hope I didn't notice.Last edited by gts; 27 September 2018, 12:34.Comment

Also, the child maintenance requirement is different from alimony. CM continues until the child is 18. It doesn't stop with remarriage.
>MGTOW youtube videos
Ah, so you are a confirmed simp then. Thanks for clearing that one up for the audience.
Label it however you want but you asked if it made more sense to..... - I humbly suggested no, as has been detailed in my prior post.
Being aware of things like MGTOW, does not imply anything about the person other than they are informed and not ignorant.... otherwise the same would be true of you, since you know what it means...lol
Look it's obvious to everyone reading, that you came here to have your view(s) confirmed by us, but since we were not part of your confirmation bias (i.e. we disagreed with you) - you are now ranting/abusing everyone else as a way to deflect from your own cognitive dissonance on the matter.
Still, keep digging, it's your rightOriginally posted by Old GregI admit I'm just a lazy, lying cretinous hypocrite and must be going deaf♕Keep calm & carry on♕Comment

Many posters here have been in the same position you are in. But fought for their children.Comment
