    Aaaaaaaaaaaaaagh! He's back!

    I daresay house prices will drop so no great effects on future buyers, not so good for recent buyers. I wonder about some interviews on BBC news today with people saying they couldn't afford the mortgage increase (about £14 a month think they said). Surely anyone with any sense would have factored in future rises.

    Who cares though? It's good news for us old farts with lots of savings, that's what matters!
