              Bank Rate increased to 2.25% - September 2022

              Interestingly 5 members voted to increase the base rate by 0.5%, 3 voted to increase by 0.75% and one wanted an increase of 0.25%.

                    Inflation is not driven by consumerism but but energy costs. Increasing interest rates is just going to cause further poverty.
