    55 years old, cycle 10 miles a day, gym four times a week, flattish stomach, can't chart a duck = mid overweight.
    ...my quagmire of greed....my cesspit of laziness and unfairness....all I am doing is sticking two fingers up at nurses, doctors and other hard working employed professionals...
