Day 1 : Couch to 5k
Had a nice long warm up 20 minutes walks, then kicked off the app. 5 minutes brisk walk, 1 minute run, 1.5 minute walk, 1 minute run, 1.5 minute walk, 45 second run, high blood pressure, burning headache, chest pains. Now back on the couch with a wine.
I shall attempt again in the morning, this time on the running machine as the hill I was on was a little steep.What happens in General, stays in General.You know what they say about assumptions!Comment
