Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

Sounds rather daft to not use official records. Who keeps payslips for N years?

PS Not sure where this "4 pieces of evidence per year" comes from though.
It came from the Home Office, allegedly, knowing full well that nobody keeps those sort of records for any longer than they have to. I've got my last 2 expired passports, and financial statements going back to 2002 (too bloody lazy to chuck them in the shredder) but aside from that I'd be quite buggered. I think I'm on all the census thingies, but unless Hector has retained my tax records, I'd find it pretty hard to prove I ever existed. Still, at least MF will vouch for me (for a small consideration, natch...)

I'm surprised that Corbyn hasn't been blamed for it yet, but I see that May is now saying it is Labour's fault.

Yes, that's right, it's Labour's fault that the former home secretary and now prime minister is deporting people.

The Foreign Secretary has appointed Mr Michael Read as Special Emissary to the Caribbean Commonwealth Realms to resolve the matter.

The government is so blinkered - the issue involves Commonwealth citizens from all nations it just that the majority come from the Carribbean.

To be fair Komrade Korbyn never does his homework - then again if you p*ss off your MPs by walking out on things like debates on anti-Semitism then it isn't surprising they let you sink.

So it was 'an operational decision' taken by the UKBA at the time, not ministers !

Get with the program, everything is Corbyn's fault. Haven't you bloody learned anything?
