Got ticket on Tuesday (9:30). Nowhere to park, so got ticketed (fair enough wasn't in a bay). This appears as though it's likely to be a constant problem. Any suggestions for somewhere I can park within easy walking distance of said station ?

Milan.
Cheers, Milan. I'll give em a look.
Rant: I must admit to be a bit peeved. I can't walk more than 100 yards in one go due to ongoing medical reasons, but got turned down for a blue badge because I'm not in enough pain. At the station there seems to be a disproportianately high number of empty disabled spaces.
I only have to go to parkway on the way to my specialist because notworking rail have closed the line between Bristol and Taunton.

if you have a car why don't you just drive ?
there are many buses to parkway you must be able to park near a bus stop and bus the rest of the journey

Too much pratting about. I drive 30 miles to the station because I can't use my normal route. Can't really be bothered with messing about to figure out how to get to parkway from some random place I've just parked by bus.Originally posted by milanbenesif you have a car why don't you just drive ?

I thought this was a contractors' board?
Doesn't your chauffeur just drop you off in the Bentley and then collect you on your return?

Burnham on sea area. Parkway takes about 40 minutes drive, Bath an hour. Parkway's just a load easier to get to.Originally posted by milanbeneswhere are you coming from, what about taking the train from Bath ?
