According to a Times article, A Twitter user who monitors such things has published detailed proof that the account is run by the Kremlin to feed fake news that supports Russian objectives, which the Times has now republished (quite possibly without giving credit).

An army spokesman said: “77th Brigade is being created to draw together a host of existing and developing capabilities essential to meet the challenges of modern conflict and warfare. The 'information war' is in full swing. Unfortunately the likes of Tony Blair, GW Bush and our foreign policy since 9/11 has left a lot of people doubting the official party line and listening more to 'the enemy'.
