Take up a hobby that doesn't cost too much eg Bridge, Chess, Backgammon, jigsaws (unless you want to play for money)
Exercise more, swimming, walking, running, etc. It gets you out of the house and will make you feel better (eventually).
Take a short holiday/break - cheap deal, then you can come back refreshed, etc.
Time with the kids (you will never get this back).
Get that re-pointing finished.
Floss.
