Can't be arsed to do more than a quick skip through but seems a lot of sense there. In pursuit of equality we should not ignore the realities that nature has set.

Calls for racial equality are also over simplified, demands that there should be equal representation in every sector ignore the fact that cultures have different biases and interests.

Nah it's from someone who doesn't realise diversity is about the bottom line.

Google and other large corps don't care what their workforce looks like, however when research shows a diverse gender and ethnic workforce makes you more money they care.
