Are the stars on the list going through their own LTDs to be paid or are they BBC employees now?

I'm surprised at the BBC pay for some IT contractors on the list. In the past the agents that I have spoken to when a BBC role came up in were always complaining that the rates were so low and they were struggling to find people to put forward.
