    Grenfell tower enquiry judge

A good choice? A bad choice?

Well a quick flick through his background only seems to bring in 2 cases which caused any controversy.

In 1 I think he made the right decision in that people who rely on the state completely for support should understand that that gives them no right to dictate how that support is provided - but that got overturned.

The second was also a correct decision which did not get overturned.

But the main question is will he be judging a trial or a witch hunt?

I don't understand why they haven't had an emergency adjustment to the Building regulations.

As of today do not fit flammable cladding on buildings. If in doubt talk to local authority in writing.

more instructions to follow in revised building regs.
Always forgive your enemies; nothing annoys them so much.

          Neither - an enquiry.
