Some points from last night

First half Celtic were very poor, United totally dominated the game, infact they looked like the away side, united had 60% of the possession, Celtic hardly got out of their half.

United's passing was the best I've seen it for a long time, Carrick is starting to settle in at last.

Second half Celtic were a lot better, but still second best, I think they had 1 corner to uniteds 7, and then 1 dodgy free kick (you just knew it was going to be one of those nights when a team dominates but loses)

The team that played the best football lost, anyone can see that, but all the same well done on qualification, we 'should' join you.

Ah but if Manure don't do well in the champions league they lose money, which means they have to sell players, which leads to a glut of expensive houses on the market in Manchesters stockbroker belt, leading to a local crash in the property market, which then spreads throughout the country causes house prices to nose-dive.

Of much more import was the FA Cup replay result from the Cowdrome - MK Dons thrashed 9-man Farsley Celtic 2-0.
