Can we get a list of all the UK citizens abroad so their citizenship can be cancelled post Brexit?

Well I suppose Switzerland makes sense, as he is into pharma, but it's only my guess.

The Home Office website asks EU citizens not to apply for PR now:

Under EU law, you don’t need a document to confirm your permanent residence status in the UK.

If you’re planning to apply for a document to confirm your status, you can sign up for email alerts instead.

Possibly something to do with the backlog of around 100,000 applications that they can't process yet - to process the three million EU citizens (assuming they apply for PR) will take around 47 years at current rates of processing applications
