Although, seriously...she lost her appeal, which was made to BA. Its not surprising really as thats a bit like asking the IR if IR35 is a good and fair tax rule

Strictly speaking she should have been allowed to wear her cross if she was wearing it mainly as a religious symbol and not as a metal adornment which is what superfluous jewellery is supposed to be - simply as a symbol of personal expression to do little else but enhance clothes and appearance. Otherwise, no one at BA could wear their wedding rings either. I bet they can though because they more than represent a metal adornment unlike costume jewellery and I bet they're not hidden under a bandaid either.

What's the difference between a piece of cloth being visible and a piece of metal, if both have the same purpose?
