It seems May is being forced to drop austerity... possible removal of public sector pay freeze, drop the idea of rich people paying for their own care, drop means tested winter heating... it's almost like all these decisions (on both sides of the commons) are entirely arbitrary idealistic ones, rather than backed on what money is actually available.

When is this energy price cap coming in, I'm looking forward to having the bills reduced?
