How would you want to die?

Read something a few weeks back, can't be bothered to look it up, that dying in one's sleep is not at all peaceful usually, people can spend ages struggling and trying to get their breath.

Not sure I believe that, seen a squirrel die after it fell out of a tree and a deer after it ran in front of my van and it was pure Hollywood, they just moved a bit, stared into the distance and went out.
