    An outbreak of ladybags

I am not managed. IT pay me, I talk to the business and get things done without help. I'm about 20 times as productive as some of the others in the team. And that's nice but I'm thinking of stepping into management and I'm wondering if I'm cut out for it.

They can then appreciate when things are deviating from what is needed and make the correct adjustments.

A great manager makes the team exceed the challenges and makes it look like it that is what should of happened.

I have had managers who had to talk regardless & managers who knew they didn't need to. I know which I prefer. The skill to know when to keep quiet takes experience.
    I'm so relieved.

A somewhat more erudite bell end than you.

It's a word. It has meaning. It's in reasonably common use among people with an intellect above that of a concussed Bee. It's use above is entirely correct and appropriate. If you don't know what it means, I suggest you buy a dictionary. It will other big words in it like "patronising" and "condescending".
Down with racism. Long live miscegenation!

So what you are saying is that there are at least two bellends in here that use that word?

You have no sense of humour do you? Well, not one that functions off the autistic spectrum.

Steady on, don't forget we are talking about assguru here.

His reasoning may have been a bit shaky, but the conclusion was spot on!

I'm not a socialist but you are definitely a bellend.

Have another pims and chill out lady. Jeremy will be out canvassing soon and you can get a selfie to show off to your hipster mates down at the farmers market.

They are all very pertinent observations, the validity of which you might appreciate if you had ever been placed in charge of something more involved than the Coffee Fund.
