Over the last while Bitcoin transaction volume has rocketed to that of late 2017. No idea what it means. Have a look for yourself:
There's a lot of OTC buying going on which the volume is not seen on coin-market-cap. I think the BTC purchases are being used to secure alt-coin positions since BTC is the gateway for many alts. Why do I think this? I'm seeing a number of high volume purchases on some alts. Again don't take my word for it, have a look for yourself. SALT, CND, look for huge single spikes in volumes. That is OTC purchases.
