Yay. Got some bitcoins. Bought off bittlicious in the end BUT
1. Its not the best rate.
2. You can't but much to start with (£32 or so).
Easy enough, set up online wallet first (greenaddress), did bank transfer and appeared in wallet in about 20 mins.
Waiting for something to come up on bitsquare now.
Looking at other ways to buy. You can buy goldcoins directly using paypal (but us only). Currently looking at wesellcrypto.com which sell a few.
I'm guessing (scooter) that I can have my own wallet and then when I feel like transfer to wallet on one of the exchanges (like bittrex) to buy other crytos? How much does a transfer cost though?
Is that what you do though - transfer off and on the exchanges and back to your own wallets?
Its a bit of work to get this done. I can see joe public not being able to do this for now. Certainly not in the uk. Now seems a good time to get in before it explodes into life.Rhyddid i lofnod psychocandy!!!!Comment

I encourage taking you coinage off the exchange. Usually I'm storing on a cold wallet like Bitpay. https://bitpay.com"Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience". Mark TwainComment

Ah Bit square is asking for a deposit to do the trade? So unless you've got some BC you can't buy.
I've bought some more off bittylicvious now - not the cheapest.
I guess when I've got some BC I can join and exchange. Do you then upload to wallet on there?
One thing - how much does it cost to transfter between wallets?Rhyddid i lofnod psychocandy!!!!Comment
