Does anyone know which developed countries rely solely on WTO rules?

Very few if any. They are the default starting point from which more sophisticated arrangements can be made.
What the UK is doing is pretty unprecedented.Comment

set up mutually beneficial trade routes with those countries which want to
and those which seek to impose large tariffs which make trade impossible we can forget.....
unless 'someone' steps in a starts trying to stop us doing that....Comment
