              Perhaps. It feels less likely, but it is definitely possible.

              But if the Scots feel like a bird in a cage, I am happy to set them free.

              As for Northern Ireland, it's for them to decide; I can see a strong case for a United Ireland.

              This is what freedom and the right of self determination is all about.

              You may dislike the decision made, but at least we can make the decision.

              I sincerely hope that a great deal of positive reform will come from this.
