If it was a ban on Muslims, then Saudia Arabia would be banned. And they're not. So it isn't.

It is not a ban against all Muslims nor is it a ban that only affects Muslims but it is still targeted against Muslims.

Trump will be delighted as he can use this to show how the enemies of the People judiciary frustrates the will of the people. He just needs a couple more of these and then an atrocity so that Congress can be browbeaten into passing an enabling act to allow rule by executive order for the duration of the emergency.
