Not been to an interview in 10yrs or so but when I did: trouser suit.
As for work attire, that varies; basic M&S business suit for when the Client is about, black trousers & blouse on normal days, jeans & plain tee on Fridays,
For stomping around site boots, Hi vi trousers, jacket, gloves & hat. (goggles & ear defenders as required)Growing old is mandatory
