        If Trump is impeached, then it's Pence.
        If the 25th amendment is used, it's also Pence, unless it can be proven that he, too, fails the 25th.
        After that it's the speaker of the House of Representatives.
        The 25th isn't that big a route out though - Bush used it and was back in within a few hours. From what I read, I thought that it can only be invoked by POTUS, not on him?
