    One of my close friends who is a very successful business man and property entrepreneur taught me a very important lesson:

    When one door closes at least one other door opens - you just need to look for it. I learnt that part of contracting is remaining positive and exploiting the next opportunity

      You friend sounds a bit boring to me tbh, i dont mean that in an insulting way but more of why the hell is he telling you quotes that have been around since doors where invented. Did he then tell you don't run with sharp instruments.

        I thinking he wasn't very successful more moderately so. He would like an M5 or Audi S4 but drives a Golf Mk5 Gtd.

        Dreams of track days and BBS alloys.
