      Wasn't it Sturgeon's idea to have a named person to spy on people's children in Scotland and then report the number of fried Mars bars they had each week to the social services?

      Either way, you guys are making us leavers obsolete. You are doing an excellent job of showing why we voted leave.

        Yes it was, and that idea was rightly thrown out by the Supreme Court, citing the European Convention on Human Rights and the fact that it breached the rights to privacy and a family life.

        What exactly has that got to do with the European Court ruling in favor of protecting our privacy under the same legislation?

              Do you really think that the EU has ruled against this because it is has some form of interest in the UK population?

              Of course they have not - they have a chance to derail something the UK is doing so they took it....

              Like the spoilt fat kid taking his football home cos he is not allowed to be 'Rooney'
