We know in the current financial year, the first £5,000 of dividends is tax free, then the next £30,000 (approx.) is taxed at 7.5% and the rest at 32.5%.
I am thinking of closing down my limited company and have heard of something called Entrepreneurial Relief, that entitles you to only pay 10% tax.
Can someone please explain if that is indeed the case and if so, how might I go about it?
Thanks
