So in short, your view is that anything bad that happens in Scotland is down to the nasty Tories in Westminster, and anything good that happens is as a direct result of the visionary fiscal policies of the SNP in Edinburgh?
You really have brought your A-game to the stupidity table, haven't you?

The Scottish parliament has far greater tax raising powers than the London Mayor, yet seems unable to find intelligent ways of utilising these unlike the London Mayors.

Lol - Why should a Mayor have more powers than a parliament?

Can the Scottish government cut corporation tax like other small countries such as Ireland? No

Can the Scottish government cut VAT? No.

Can the Scottish government change the amount of duty collect on the fuel? No.

The only thing they can do is raise tax on income and land-tax. And on that I should remind you on that one power the SNP have excelled. There's little appetite to purchase silly expensive houses given the stamp duty. In 2015 16,000 new houses were built in Scotland compared to 140,000 in England. That's 0.32% in Scotland versus 0.22% in England.

Clearly where the Scottish government has authority it is using it better.

If Nicola was to put Devo max on the table Scotland would be off like a shot.

              Why doesn't she then?

                Me and my A-game

Does Scotland a considerably more £ get more per head than England, Wales or Northern Ireland? Yes

Is it easier to build houses in Scotland than England given population density and where it's required? Yes

Does Scooterscot make over simplistic statements to reinforce his argument? Absolutely.

The SNP run a centralised, right of centre government whilst claiming be a socialist party to keep all the leftist crazies on side.

They spent years arguing against dropping the top rate of tax and when they got the power to put it back to 50% they used the same line as Thatcher that it would cost money.

It's hilarious how thick their followers are.

Er no, because we pay more in via our natural resources. That's why you're so keen to keep us.
