I think he was expecting us to say that's bad news. My immediate response was that given he uses it as an airbnb type rental what did he expect (no one knows who lives there) and that I bet the fact it was a holiday rental probably seriously annoyed the neighbours (I know it would annoy me if the flat next to mine was used for parties every weekend)...
