    Sadly displaying inline images has recently been disabled on here. Won't bore you with the details as I am now off to the pub. As AtW suggests the best thing to do is to upload the pic to an image hosting site then just paste the link.

          Any drawing program should be able to do that for you, even MS Paint. I think the maximum avatar size is 80x80 pixels then you can load it direct from your PC.
