Agency 1 phones me, fancy a 6 monther at 450. Agency 2 phones me about half an hour later offering the same role at 500. I had an attack of the integrity scruples, and told the second agency "sorry you were a little late". Am I a moron, or is I a moron?
If you want £475, you should ask for §500 and let the agency decide the next offer, if the agency offer you £475, you try to push for §485 if the agency don't accept, you agree with £475. In this way, you can reach a good business for both parts (look alike).
Agent 1 only making < 10%, so I guess Agent 2 is doing it all for nothing
This is why referendums are a very, very BAD idea.
You've got to say though, we've got an economy that can pay idiots 450/day.
What a fantastic thing to have created.
And now the very same idiots have voted to abolish it.

I know it's Friday and all that but I'm having difficulty believing that.
Speaking to a mate who's been in recruitment more than you've probably been out of nappies, 7.5% is about the norm, anything over that is a bit of a bonus.
His heart is in the right place - shame we can't say the same about his brain...

If I die tomorrow, I will do so with the immense satisfaction that I'll never have to read any more of your garbage. Can't you get some sort of therapy or something?
