How do I post a jpeg from my local drive?

      And it said "Too large - try a smaller image"

                C:\ will be a protected area on your machine

                This should work (after moving the file to the shared directory)

                [IMG]c:\Users\Shared\20160729_113223.jpg[/IMG]

                or if you are using XP

                [IMG]C:\Documents and Settings\Shared\20160729_113223.jpg[/IMG]

                  Didn't work. I wonder if it's possible to upload a pic to a post from a local drive. Or maybe I don't have the appropriate privileges.

                      Shirley though the browser will then look on the local client's C drive if it's there and find nothing? The board software doesn't upload it, it merely links to it, and we can't link to CM's local drives...

                      Either it's just me being thick or it's everyone else being thick....
