For dear old Freako, this relates to a Septic nutjob who stole a human brain preserved in formaldehyde from somewhere, stored it under his porch, and sprayed the preservative on his weed to get high.

1. You get the brain and you preserve it. It's quite easy to do. Pickling vinegar will work. Probably.
2. I don't own a Porch - the dealers are almost as arrogant as the owners.
