I do hope she wins. I want a true Brexiter in charge. So when it all goes tulip they have nobody to blame. She can make John Redwood Chancellor and IDS Foreign Sec and together they can trigger article 50 by the end of September. They've told us it'll be sunny uplands, that countries will be queuing round the block to do deals with us, and that Europe will be on their knees begging to a big fat trade deal on our terms.
There again if in 2013 she was saying leaving will be a disaster and she's also told porky pies on her CV, it does make you wonder if she can be trusted on anything! Maybe drunk Ken was right and she really has no intention of carrying out any of the 'stupid' things she's been saying.Comment

As someone called Chris Everett rightly points out in an article, Theresa May currently has about 90% support from Remainer Tory MPs, and Anthea Leadsom has a similar proportion among Brexit Tory MPs. But as Michael Gove has about 50% in each camp, he is the ideal candidate to unite (or least disunite!) the Tory party! (Of course those 90% percentages must be weighted by the proportion of Remainers v Brexiters for a true comparison, but the point remains.)
2016-07-06 Gove is the true Tory ‘unity’ candidate
I'm still rooting for Gove ideally, with Leadsom as next best choice.Work in the public sector? Read the IR35 FAQ hereComment
