NO she was a crafty opportunistic witch. She was hedging that Boris could possibly manage to do the evil deed and then she could nick the job from under his nose because no-one in the party liked him. But as I said in the other thread. If she is that good we cannot afford to spend her on a short term suicide mission to get us out the EU. She needs to think longer than that.
