Brexit will annul your warranty and no spare parts will be provided to UK outside of EU, you've heard it on here first... -
Odd question?Originally posted by WTFH View PostIf you clean the seats, you won't stick to your Passat as much.
Do you ever drive a BMW on the M40?
On the topic of BMWs, I have heard they are notoriously unreliable. I have never owned one though so couldn't possibly confirm.Comment

That's true - they've got real problems with their steering-by-wire subsystem - the car can make sudden movements right in front of you, best to give BMWs plenty of space.Originally posted by ChimpMaster View PostOn the topic of BMWs, I have heard they are notoriously unreliable. It's not interest free.Originally posted by kaiser78 View PostI have comparing various PCP / lease offers on my next car and have seen a 0% PCP offer which sounds tempting, in effect an interest free car.
Would this compare better than a standard lease deal, or are they incomparable ? I am struggling to see the logic of comparison so seeing what people think.
When Tesco say "£2.50 off" they don't mean £2.50 off. They mean "a) Come here you stupid gullible idiot and believe anything we tell you or b) walk away because you know we're inveterate liars and will wait until we give you a genuine price"
They say a figure and then say "We will charge you 0% more". They could say a different figure eg 10% more and then say "We'll give you -10% PCP". Or they could offer you 10% discount and then give you 10% PCP. Which of these do you regards as 'an interest free car'
Price is entirely fluid. A big reason they lease cars is it hides the actual price they are charging. There is huge sensitivity about selling prices and residual values. I would guess that very often a lease deal is better than buying if you're intending to keep the car for 3-4 years."Don't part with your illusions; when they are gone you may still exist, but you have ceased to live" Mark TwainComment
